Service Description

FaxSaaS provides an online fax sending service. You upload documents, specify a recipient fax number, pay, and we transmit the fax on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FaxSaaS to:

• Send unsolicited faxes (spam) in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws
• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Harass or threaten any person or entity
• Send content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Payment & Automatic Refunds

Prices are displayed before checkout. All sales are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. If your fax fails to deliver after all retry attempts, you are refunded in full automatically — no request needed. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

Protected Health Information

This service is not intended for protected health information (PHI) and we make no HIPAA compliance claims. Do not use this service to transmit PHI.

Delivery

We make best efforts to deliver your fax promptly. Delivery depends on the recipient's fax machine being operational. Failed faxes are automatically retried up to 2 times. We cannot guarantee delivery to all fax numbers.

Limitation of Liability

FaxSaaS is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific fax in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
